How does this work?

If you have a Youtube channel, register in the Program  here . Fill in your details correctly (!), so that the monthly rewards can reach you and we know how to contact you. Then keep creating and growing your channel!

Rewards are based on your channel's performance in the previous month. The more views, the higher the rank, the bigger the rewards.

Performance is based on views because we encourage you to not just upload more videos, but experiment and learn how to best reach and connect with your audience.

Note: We will be checking the content on your channel in terms of the quality and effort you put into it. For instance, if your channel mostly consists of a few seconds' shorts-videos, you will not be eligible for the program benefits. If your videos show only gameplay and music, this is also not enough to be our partner.
Make diverse videos, build your personal brand, work constantly on the improvements of the quality of your videos.
The final decision on Creator’s participation in the program is up to the Hustle Castle team.

How do I know that I am registered with the Creator Program?

The moment you register  here  with the Google account linked to your YouTube channel (make sure it’s the right account), you are in the program. In your personal cabinet, you can see your rank, how many views you need to level up, upcoming rewards you are eligible for and when to expect them. You can edit your details at any moment.

Why do I need to log in with my Google account?

This way we can verify 100% that it is your channel, which is the easiest process for you to prove that, with just one step. We have “read only” access to your channel, so that we can measure your channel performance precisely and send you the exact rewards you have earned. We will never use your channel data in any other way, it is only accessed and read by the program algorithm.

How are the monthly views counted?

To count your monthly views we take all Hustle Castle videos you published during the month and count the views of each video within the first 7 days since its publication.

Why did we choose to make it work that way? If we counted views on your all time videos within a month, then older and bigger channels would have a huge advantage over smaller and newer channels, even if they are not active anymore. Moreover, if we simply counted all the views of the videos you published this month, a video published in the beginning of the month would have a lot more views accounted for than the video published in the last days of the month. That would make the last days of the month the least preferable time to publish when going for a higher rank.

Hence, we chose to look at the 7-day period views for each video. The video you publish on the last day of the month will still be given a week's time for us to count its views. This fixed period allows each video to have an equal time to perform.

What if I make videos about other games on my channel?

That is fine! You can do whatever you want on your channel, as long as this is good for your audience and doesn’t go against HC Terms of Service.

However, only HC-related videos will count towards your total rank. Don’t forget to include «Hustle Castle» in the video's title or tags, so that people have a better chance of finding it and our system can tell them apart from other videos and add their views to your monthly score.

NOTE: if you mark non-HC videos with «Hustle Castle», we will have to remove your channel from the program. We hope for your understanding here!

Do live streams’ views count?

Live streams on Hustle Castle with Hustle Castle in tags and/or video title count as long as you make the recordings public after you conclude the stream.

Can I change my ID listed in the program to receive rewards on a different account?

On the day we send monthly rewards, 8th of each month, we collect all IDs currently in the system. Those are the IDs that will be receiving rewards until the next period starts.

What's next for the Creator Program?

We will be looking for opportunities to expand the program to other platforms and look into adding new opportunities of communicating with you via the program, making it more educative and collaborative.

My views in the program are lower than in YouTube analytics, why?

First of all, make sure you count views for each video (published this month only) and only within the first 7 DAYS of its publication. The monthly views you see in the program are not the views you see in YouTube analytics for that month. Check the answer to the “How are the monthly views counted?” question above for more details.

Secondly, make sure that you have “Hustle Castle” written in your Hustle Castle dedicated videos’ titles and/or tags. When this is not the case, the program may not account for these videos.

I didn’t receive rewards belonging to my rank

First, make sure your channel has at least 500 subscribers. Secondly, make sure you provided the correct player ID (copy-paste it from the game menu to avoid mistakes). Thirdly, beware of the date when rewards arrive, if the set date falls on the weekend, they will be sent the next working day. If all these are in order, and you are expecting the exact rewards for your rank, you can contact Program support via collab.n@my.games.

Disqualification / ban  

• The quality of your videos doesn’t match the requirements above.
• Announcing fake giveaways will ban you from the program as well.
• Any attempts to cheat with the Youtube algorithm lead to instant disqualification.
• Violation of Hustle Castle game Terms of Service. 
• Violation of community guidelines on any of the social media, including Discord and Youtube.
